And so at last the beast fell and the unbelievers rejoiced. But all was not lost, for from the ash rose a great bird. The bird gazed down upon the unbelievers and cast fire and thunder upon them. For the beast had been reborn with its strength renewed, and the followers of Mammon cowered in horror.

    Hi Paolo,

I have no idea if you’re going to read this obviously misplaced comment here, but I’m giving it a try :-). I just came back from Oxford, had to pay 50 Euros to change that stupid ticket, really a bad situation *laugh*. Anyway, I’m eventually back home after three interesting weeks *sigh*.
I just wanted to say that it was really cool to meet you, after all, and that I hope to see you again at some conference, workshop, or whatever :-)
Enjoy your last day in Oxford and have a safe trip back home to Bella Italia.

    Greetz,
    Cai

It was a pleasure for me to meet you and I hope we are going to work together in future. Anyway I just wrote an entry about you and your research, so that my 4 readers (very optimistic estimate) become aware of your precious research! ;-)
If you’ll ever want to come to Italy, you’ll be my welcomed guest.
